Not aunty!

This is the most common line I heard when I'm with my Mum:

My mum is very proud in this sense 'cause her friends' kids are still young (at least 10 years younger than me)

As always she has her own theory to justify herself

Everything was fine actually...

Until karma decided to be bitchy and landed on the wrong person T.T

Recently been hearing news of my juniors either getting married or celebrating their children's fullmoon/birthdays

OMG MY JUNIOR'S KID

That's like super junior already ><

No, not THE Super Junior!

Can you imagine if I visit their house during CNY??

Well

I'm a strong believer of early education

Maybe I should try teaching (bribing) them from now on

And because they are kids, so positive reinforcement would be more appropriate

Hmm candy seems like a good choice :D

But make sure the 'learning' process begins at the same time

Otherwise...

It'll backfire on you and the kid exposed more on the *beep* word pula ><

I feel bored :/

My life now consists of:

Wakes up around 7 am

Eating breakfast sambil watching a cooking show

Report in hospital by 8 am, ward rounds around 8.15 am

(Amazingly each of us has a punch card)

Do some cooking when mummy is busy or when I googled a new recipe

Check updates for online novels that I'm following

Read books from library or any random article that catches my eye till rabun

If no one is watching the TV then just randomly watch any shows available and laugh like a mad woman

Then continue for the next show till someone comes over and snatches the remote from me

And the cycle repeats itself again the next day

It's nice to be home

But gosh, something is wrong with my routine

I need new ideas to spend my remaining holidays!

I'm ageing meh (?)

If you simply ask any foreigner what are their impression of Asians

Their answer mostly revolve around quiet, humble and timid

Mainly because of our culture and upbringing

For some reasons, being too loud or involving in any activity that makes yourself stand out are regarded as being snobbish LOL XDD

Anyway, time is changing

We were brought up not to rebut whatever our parents told us

But kids these days are so smart, it's impossible for them to just take in whatever you tell them XDD

Eg the scenario below:

Mother: You're such a naughty kid!
Child: You're such a naughty adult!
Father: *rolling on the floor laughing*

*Mother pengsan, Child won*

Not only that, even the culture these days are evolving too

For instance in Japan...
(Not sure when the group is established, but I included 'old japan band' while googling for the Before picture LOL)

Oklah maybe you can argue that both group are of different genre

Hmm, then how about this example in Taiwan:

See, even girl's band are dropping the usual 'sweet, cheerful, cute' outlook.

What a change!

Thankfully we're not seeing these in Malaysia...yet

I was still having the Asian stereotype of 'quiet, meek and timid' until today in the clinic...

And the uncle came for a TOTALLY unrelated problem from what he is elaborating ><

In other words, he volunteered all the omit-able XXX infos without us asking

OMG TOO MUCH INFO! *screams*

I swear he would go into 'details' if the doc didn't drag him back to the chief complaints

If he were a youngster then I could understand
(Then again youngsters rarely complain also)

But this...a granpa looking as benign as Colonel Sanders??

Is it me or I'm just outdated? ><

Long waited (?)

Yo everyone!

I know I've been missing in action for quite some time...

But hey, it still doesn't stop me from saying this...

LONG TIME NO SEE WAKAKAKAKAKAKA XDD

(Kindly ignore the sugar-induced hyper-ness)

It's been 7 months since my last update

(still has the gut to say, memang tak takut mati)

*you may skip this part*

Forgive me 'cause there were so many important things that kept me occupied. Well I'm not saying that maintaining a blog is trivial but when you have non-stop incoming workload and the amount of hours you get to spend is still the same, then you really gotta do things selectively. Plus I didn't wanna rant in this blog (it already exceeded my emo quota) so most of the time I'd rather not stain it and vent it elsewhere like games instead.

*end of panjang lebar explanation*

Reader: Ah so that's where your 'free' time went
Jeb: .... ><

Anyway, things are slowing down and now I get more free time for myself (HOORAY!)

Just finished my elective posting (GP attachment) 2 weeks ago :D

Selective is fine so far...apart from the grilling, Q&A, patient clerking, PEs

I would say so far so good, plainly repetition of ward work in HTJ

But definitely I've more free time compared to school days (YES!)

Partly it's 'cause I always took the initiative to run whenever I can :D

Rest assured peeps!

This blog is not abandoned

I promise I'll update it more frequent from now on!

A man of word is one who keep his promises!

*dramatic background music with spotlight focusing on main character*

Counting down few minutes before Sunday ends

Tomorrow would mark my 2nd week of Selective posting

Best wishes to everyone in whatever you're doing right now!

Let's hope I'm not running out of jokes yet :D
